- Boilers - APCL designs, installs, and maintains gas (propane)-fired boiler systems that generate high-pressure steam for moulding processes, sanitation systems, HVAC heating, and potable hot water production. These systems function as large-scale water heaters. Treated, soft water enters under pressure and, in accordance with Boyle's Law, is heated to produce steam at temperatures between 800 °C and 1100 °C. Our engineering scope includes feed water treatment, pressure vessel sizing, accessory integration, and compliance with applicable safety standards.
- Generators - APCL provides design, installation, and project execution for fuel-powered (gasoline, diesel, propane) generator sets that convert direct current to alternating current using heavy-duty inverters. Units are sized to match kilowatt demand or critical backup loads, such as servers and surveillance systems. Through delta or star circuit configurations, our engineers deliver tailored outputs — for example, 220 V/3-phase or 115 V/1-phase at 60 Hz — and interface them with an Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) that restores power to designated circuits within roughly 17 seconds of an outage and seamlessly disengages once the main supply returns.
- Water Pumps - Drawing on hydrostatic and head-pressure calculations, APCL specifies, installs, and maintains pumping systems for applications ranging from light domestic to heavy industrial use. Our scope includes centrifugal pumps for general water distribution and submersible pumps for wastewater lift stations.
- Solar Photovoltaic Systems - APCL engineers and executes turnkey PV installations in which solar cells capture the sun's ultraviolet radiation via the photovoltaic effect, generating DC that is stored in accumulator batteries and converted to AC via an inverter to power electrical devices.
